Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 임상에서 필요한 습기 관련 피부 손상의 예방과 중재를 위하여, 근거 기반 간호 실무지침을 개발하기 위함이다.
방법: 습기 관련 피부손상 간호실무지침 수용개작은 병원간호사회에서 개발한 간호 분야 실무지침 수용개작 방법론에 근거하여, 국내외에서 개발된 기존 실무지침을 수정 보완하여 3부, 9모듈, 24단계로 진행하였다.
결과: 본 연구에서 수용개작한 습기 관련 피부손상 간호실무지침은 4개의 영역과 8개의 하위 영역, 28개의 권고안으로 구성하였다. 영역별 권고안은 ‘MASD 평가’ 7개, ‘MASD 예방과 관리’ 14개, ‘교육’ 4개, ‘기관의 정책’ 3개로 구성하였으며. 일부 권고안에는 하위 권고안을 포함시켰다. 권고안마다 근거 수준과 권고 등급을 기재하였다. 권고안의 근거수준은 II 수준 4개(14.3%), III 수준 24개(85.7%)였고, 권고 등급은 A등급 1개(3.6%), B등급 8개(28.6%), C등급 19개(67.8%)였다.
결론: 본 연구에서는 국내외 욕창실무지침 중 습기 관련 피부 손상에 대한 내용을 수용개작하여 국내 처음으로 습기 관련 피부손상 간호실무지침을 개발하였다. 습기 관련 피부 손상 간호 실무지침은 표준화되고 일관된 습기관련 피부손상의 예방 및 관리에 기여할 것이다. 이 지침은 간호의 질을 향상시키기 위해 활용하도록 권장할 수 있으며 정기적으로 수정 할 것이다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop an evidence-based nursing clinical practice guideline for Moisture associated skin damage (MASD) prevention and management for patients in Korea.
Methods: The guideline adaptation process was used and conducted according to the guideline adaptation manual developed by the Korean Hospital Nurses Association. It consists of three main phases and 9 modules including a total of 24 steps.
Results: The adapted MASD clinical practice guideline consisted of 4 sections, 8 domains and 28 recommendations. The number of recommendations in each section was: 7 on MASD assessment, 14 on MASD prevention and management, 4 on education, and 3 on organizational policy. Of the recommendations, 3.6% were marked as A grade, 28.6% as B grade, and 67.8% as C grade.
Conclusion: This MASD clinical practice guideline is the first to be developed in Korea. The developed guideline will contribute to standardized and consistent MASD prevention and management. The guideline can be recommended for dissemination and utilization by nurses nationwide to improve the quality of MASD prevention and management. Regular revision is recommended.
